Entry Level to Senior Level BI/ETL Developers (Multiple Positions)

Create and Develop Databases, Tables, Stored Procedures, DDL/DML Triggers, Views, Cursors, Indexes using T-SQL and User defined data types. Create new database objects from the beginning. Create SSIS packages to extract data from different systems and doing transformations and loading them in to target systems and Scheduling Jobs using SQL Agent to call the packages and Stored Procedures. Develop reports such as drill down reports, parameterized reports, linked reports, sub-reports, Matrix Reports and Chart reports using SQL Server Reporting Services and publish them to users in online thru Report Server and SharePoint server. Develop OLAP Cubes by using SQL Server  Analysis Services (SSAS) and able to create data sources, data source views, Dimensions, Measures, Hierarchies, Attributes, Calculations using multi-dimensional expression (MDX). IT Training and Development Specialist

  • Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
  • Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
  • Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, course materials and presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
  • Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program is becoming increasingly important
  • Manage the delivery of training and development programs and, in a more senior role, devise a training strategy for the organization
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
  • Conduct meetings, focus groups, workshops, retreats, providing structure and focus enabling clients to successfully reach their meeting goals
  • Evaluate training and development programs
  • Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with Managers and other personnel.
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations

Professional Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent in Training and development experience in the IT Technology preferred.
  • Candidate should have Strong IT Programming skills and the ability to train STEM, OPT graduates and other employees.
  • Expert in IT terminology including how various tools and tech stacks are interrelated.
  • Ability to effectively manage frequently changing priorities and business needs.
